Returns & Refunds

1. I'm not satisfied with the items you delivered. What should I do?

We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If your purchase does not meet your expectations or for whatever reason you change your mind, you may send the product back to us. We will refund the price of items that are unopened and in their resalable, original and new condition. The returns should be made within 3 business days of the delivery date (the date the customer receives the product) with its original receipt. However, we only accept returned merchandises that are self-delivered to our shop. We shall neither pick your returned items nor be liable to incur any cost to have your items delivered to us. So it is best to check your ordered items (packaging, labelling, etc) upon accepting our delivery.

2. What if my item packaging is damaged?

It is our strict policy to deliver any item in its best condition to our customers. Should you find that the packaging is damaged, torn, or faulty, please return your item to our shop and it shall be replaced with an identical product.

3. What items do you not accept for refund?

We do not accept returns on sale/promotional items. All sales are final.
