Order Placement

1. When will my order be processed?

Orders placed from our website before 12PM are processed and items will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 4PM will be processed the next day. In the event of such a delay, an SMS will be sent for your attention to any possible hold-up.

2. I am not IT savvy. Can I order by phone?

We strongly encourage our customers to place order online as our Online Discount only applies when orders are placed from our website. However we still accept phone order only from our returning customers. Simply provide us any of your receipt numbers (Order No. as found on your receipt) and we will assist you with your orders from there.

Order Verification

1. How do I know that you will deliver the correct items?

You will be contacted by us during our business hours after we have received your order. We will only proceed with your order processing upon getting your verificaton by phone.

Order Status

1. Will I be able to check my order status?

Yes. Once you have placed an order, you will be prompted with a message that comes with your Order No. A copy of receipt with your Order No. is also sent to your e-mail for your record. You can track your order status by entering your Order No. in a text field located at the right top of our website.



2. I have entered my Order No. but the message displays "Unable to fetch record. Order might have been cancelled or not exist in our record". What does it mean?

It means that we do not have any record with that Order No. It is either your previous order has been cancelled or it never exists in our database. Please confirm what you have entered and try again or you may contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellation

1. I have changed my mind and I would like to cancel my order. Could it be done?

Yes, you may request for cancellation when we call you for order verification.

2. I have placed an order but my order status mentions my order has been cancelled due to verification failure. Why?

Before your items are prepared for delivery, we will contact your phone number as provided in our system record for order verification. If your phone number is not reachable, we will consider the order is void and it will be removed from our record. Thus it is recommended that you confirm your phone number before submitting your order through our check-out form.

3. What are other reasons that result in order cancellation by us?

In addition to unavailability of products and failure in order verification, we will solely cancel any order that comes with incomplete delivery address and existence of duplicate orders. You are advised to provide a comprehensible delivery address during check-out so that we will be able to process your order without any problem.
