1. Which areas are available for your delivery service?
At the moment, we offer home delivery service for Klang Valley area only. We will confirm with you by phone if your order is eligible for our home delivery service.
2. Do you deliver my ordered items if I insist them to be shipped by post or with any courier service and I pay you in advance for the shipping fees?
Sorry, it has been our policy that the products are not delivered by post. The order is only available for home delivery service.
Delivery Method
1. How do you deliver my ordered items?
We will deliver your ordered items ourselves. We do not use any paid courier service as we need to ensure that your items are delivered within our expected time frame.
2. How do I know if my purchase is eligible for your free home delivery service?
There is an indicator in your cart that shows if you can enjoy our free delivery service. It shows up our normal delivery charge if your purchase is below RM90 and FREE is displayed when your purchase is of RM90 and above.

1. How much is your delivery charge?
Our delivery charge per single purchase is RM10 only.
2. I heard that you offer free home delivery service, is that true?
Yes it is. We offer home delivery service at no charge for a single purchase that is of RM90 and above only.
