Placing an Order

1. OK. I don't know where to start. Guide me, please?

No hurry. Simply browse our product catalog to see if what you (your cat) need is there. Once you have found what you need, simply add your item into the trolley.

2. How do I add my item into the trolley?

Just drag and drop! It is just that simple. Picking up an item by (1) clicking on the item's image and (2) drag it to the trolley while you hold the mouse, touchpad, or whatever device you use. (3)&(4) Releasing it into trolley means you are adding your item into the cart. Your item will be (5) automatically saved until you check out or leave our website without any purchase.

Too lazy to drag? Just click the blue plus button to add your item. It works just the same!

3. Can I add more items and is there any limit?

Yes you can. There is no limit to add more items in your cart. What limits is the availability of products in our store. This will be confirmed once we receive your order and confirmation will be made via phone call.

4. How do I save my items in Wish List?

We are sorry, no wish list here. At the time being, we don't think this feature is necessary for your shopping experience. However this feature and other features you may find in any e-commerce websites will be available soon when we release our new version of website.

5. OK, I think I'm done adding items in my cart. What's next?

Check out. Scroll down and you may find our simple check out form that only asks you to provide basic details. Yes, you don't need to sign up as a new user. Our main focus is to let you do the shopping quickly without bugging you with many fields to fill in.

6. Why do I need to provide my e-mail address when checking out?

We will need your e-mail address to send you our copy of receipt so that you will have a record on your purchase. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use your e-mail for our business purpose.

7. What do I do next after placing an order?

Cuddle with your cat while we are processing your order. You will be contacted for order verification shortly (if you place your order during our business hours).

How Cart Works

1. What is the purpose of the big trolley on your website?

Well our trolley works the same as your trolley when you go shopping in stores, it keeps your stuff while you browse around! Technically speaking, our trolley has been programmatically designed to receive goods and at the same time it calculates their prices before saving them in your cart.

2. How do I know the number of items I have added into my trolley?

You can find it in a big orange indicator just below your trolley.

3. How do I add more similar items?

Updating cart is an easy step. Should you need to add more similar items, simply click, drag and drop the product image into the trolley. Your trolley will update the quantity of items in your cart just in seconds

4. Where is 'Remove Item' button?

To keep your cart as simple as possible, we purposely do not include too many buttons. You can reduce the number of any item in your cart by simply clicking its quantity number. A single click will reduce one item and so on until the item is not displayed in your cart.

5. What do the prices in RM column mean?

Any price in RM column indicates a line total. The line total equals to the item quantity multiplied with its price. OK, you do the math, :)

6. Why is the value of Subtotal different with Total?

The value of total is the value after our Online Discount is applied (if any) and/or delivery charge is added. Subtotal value only holds the sum of line totals.

7. I noticed some prices shown in RM column are not the same as their respective prices as displayed on your catalog, why?

When you drag in any promotional item (items with discount), the price will be automatically calculated and what displays in its line total is the price after the discount is applied. Item marked with asterisk * indicates item with our promotion.

8. How do I remove all items in my cart at once?

Simply click 'Start over' hyperlink. Clicking this link will empty your current cart contents right away and you can start shopping again.

Technical Requirements

1. Do I need special device to use your drag & drop feature?

You just need a mouse or a working touchpad or whichever you find easy to use to drag and drop. We have not tested this application on touch screen however it should be working as it does not need rocket science to work.

2. I have tried clicking on the image but nothing works it is not even draggable. Or is my mouse not working?

If your mouse pointer moves, it is working fine. What is not working is your browser's JavaScript. Please make sure your browser is capable of executing JavaScript by enabling JavaScript feature in your browser's settings. Most of the features on our website rely heavily on this JavaScript execution so you are recommended to turn on this feature to enable you to shop with ease. Please consult someone who knows IT to do this for you or please check your browser's guide for further help.

3. Your website was OK yesterday on my office's PC but now it looks pretty ugly on my iMac?

For development and testing purpose, we use open source technologies to develop this website. If what you see differs or worse, is pretty ugly from what you have seen before on other browser/platform, this was probably because you viewed our website on OS platforms/browsers that we have not yet tested our website on. If you notice something is not working at your side, kindly contact us so that we will be able to fix the problems accordingly.

4. I am using Safari browser and the Slow Script message prompts when I try to access your online catalog.

We have received responses from our customers who encounter this issue when using our online catalog on Safari. Should you have the same problem, you may continue using our website after pressing the 'Continue' button.



We have sorted out that this issue only happens when you run our website on recently updated version of Safari. We assume that this has to do with the software itself. We hope this is fixed when new software updates are available for the browser. If upgrading with new updates will not solve this issue, we will find a way to sort things out for Safari users.
